A vendor portal for your consignors
Vendors sign in with an email link to see what sold, what they’re owed and what’s still on the shelf. It comes with every Consignia store, for all of its vendors.
Coming soon, with a 14-day free trial.
Their statement, always up to date
Every sale shows with its item photo and the vendor’s share. Payouts, rent and fees sit in the same list, with the balance after each line.
- Owed now, split into ready now and on hold
- Sales by week and where the money went
- Print or download any month
New items and changes, for you to approve
Vendors send new items in a batch, with photos, or ask for a new price or more stock. You approve them in one place, and approved items are created in your POS.
- Ask a vendor for changes before you approve
- Intake receipts for every approved batch
- Sale emails when an item sells
Vendors send items, you approve
Vendors add items with photos from their portal. Approving creates the item in your POS with stock.
One sign-in for every store
A vendor who consigns at three Consignia stores sees all three from one link, with totals across stores or one store at a time.
Vendor portal questions
Something else? Ask us.
Does the vendor portal cost extra?
No. It comes with every Consignia store, for all of its vendors.
How do vendors sign in?
With a link sent to the email the store has for them. No password to forget, and one link opens every Consignia store they consign at.
What can vendors see?
Their statement (what they’re owed, what’s ready now and what’s on hold), every sale with its photo, their payouts, their items on the shelf, markdowns and pick-ups. Never the store’s notes or other vendors.
Can vendors change things?
They can send new items and ask for changes to theirs, with photos. Nothing reaches your POS until you approve it.
I’m a vendor. Where do I sign in?
Once your store uses Consignia, it can send you an invite by email. The link in it signs you in.
