Your Clover sales, split by vendor
Consignia reads each Clover order as it happens, finds the vendor for every item on it and takes your commission out. Refunds and exchanges reverse on their own.
- Commission as a percent or a flat fee per item
- Discounts handled the way you choose: shared, store-paid or vendor-paid
- Sales tax stays with the store; vendors are paid on the pre-tax price
- Amount-only refunds wait for your call: charge the vendor or keep the loss
Assign your Clover items to vendors
Your Clover inventory comes in when you install. Link a vendor to a Clover category and every item in it, including ones you add later, goes to that vendor.
- Bulk-assign items to a vendor
- New Clover items flagged until they have a vendor
- Create items in Clover from Consignia, with stock and category
- Vendors send new items from their portal for you to approve
Vendors send items, you approve
Vendors add items with photos from their portal. Approving creates the item in your POS with stock.
Statements and payouts
Every vendor has a running ledger of sales, rent, fees and payouts. Pay everyone owed in one run, and each vendor gets a monthly statement by email.
- Payout runs by check, cash or transfer
- Monthly statements with a CSV, by your store calendar
- Monthly journal for QuickBooks Online
Setting up Consignia on Clover
Balances start from the month you install, so sales from before Consignia never show as owed.
- 1
Install it from the Clover App Market
Open Consignia from your Clover dashboard. Your Clover items and a year of sales are copied in, and the 14-day trial starts.
- 2
Add your vendors
Enter each vendor’s name and email, their commission (a percent or a flat fee per item) and their booth rent, if they pay one.
- 3
Assign items to vendors
Select items and assign them in bulk, or link a vendor to a Clover category so everything in it, including items you add later, goes to them.
- 4
Ring up sales as usual
Nothing changes at the register. Each sale lands on the vendor’s statement within moments, with your commission taken out.
- 5
Pay vendors
Pay vendors on the overview lists everyone you owe. Pay them by check, cash or transfer, then record the run. Vendors see it in their portal.

Consignia on Clover
Something else? Ask us.
Which Clover devices does it work with?
All of them. Consignia reads your Clover orders and inventory, so sales rung up on a Station, Mini, Flex or the Virtual Terminal all count.
Do I need to change how I ring up sales?
No. Keep selling as you do now. Each order reaches Consignia within moments, and the items on it are split by vendor.
What happens to my existing Clover items?
They come in when you install, with a year of sales. Assign items to vendors one by one, in bulk, or by linking a vendor to a Clover category.
Can I add new items from Consignia?
Yes. Create an item with its price, SKU, stock, vendor and category, and it appears in Clover at once. Vendors can also send items from their portal for you to approve.
How is it billed?
Install it from the Clover App Market. After a 14-day free trial the plan is added to your Clover bill. Uninstalling stops it.
Does Clover store item photos?
Clover has no item images, so Consignia keeps them: up to six per item, shown on statements, in the vendor portal and in sale emails.
