Can each dealer have a different rent?
Yes. Set a rent and schedule per dealer: monthly on a set day, or every one to four weeks. A store default fills in for new dealers.
What if a dealer leaves for a while?
Make them inactive. Rent stops, their history stays, and missed rent isn’t charged when they come back.
Can I charge commission as well as rent?
Yes. Rent and commission work together, and commission can be a percent or a flat fee per item, or nothing at all.
Can I label booths?
Give each dealer a space label like “Booth 4” or “Case 12”. It shows on their tile, in lists and on statements.
Do dealers need to call to ask what sold?
No. Each dealer has their own portal with every sale, their balance and their items, and can get an email when something sells.
